In today’s fast paced and ever-changing world issues such as chronic stress is far too common and can lead to feelings of discomfort not just emotionally but also physically. When energy is blocked the human body attempts to fight these blockages which results in imbalance. Izabella’s work specialises in restoring this much needed balance. Chi-within’s entire approach is that of moving energy. “Chi" comes from the Chinese language and translates simply as "life-force." When we have strong chi, we experience health, wellbeing and general wellness in all aspects of our lives.
